How can I download my transaction reports?

You can easily download the report of transactions recorded over the past twelve months in .csv format in your MyEdenred.be merchant area.

To do so, take the following steps:

1. Click on ‘My finances’
2. Click on ‘Transaction report’
3. A window will open for you to confirm that you want to download the report of transactions recorded over the past twelve months
4. Then click ‘Download’
5. The Excel file will be downloaded onto your computer
6. View the details of your transactions over the past twelve months
