Simply visit the MyEdenred.be website and log in using your username (your VAT number in the format BE0XXXXXXXXX) and your password. Your password was sent to you by email at the main contact address you gave when you joined the network, and you were able to change it when you first logged in. The representatives created for your company can also have a username in letters.
