How can I change my representatives?

You can easily adapt the list of representatives registered for your company in your MyEdenred.be merchant area. These people have access to your MyEdenred.be merchant area and can view all the information displayed.

To do so, take the following steps:

  1. Click on ‘My company', then ‘My representatives
  2. View the list of representatives registered for your company and use the filters if necessary

If you want to adapt an existing representative, there are several possibilities:

  • Activate or deactivate a representative using the status
  • Edit a representative’s information
  • Reset a representative’s password
  • Permanently delete a representative

Don’t forget to confirm your action to save the change.

If you want to add a new representative for your company:

  1. Then click on the green ‘Add a representative’ button
  2. Fill in all the required fields
  3. Confirm with the green ‘Add’ button
  4. See your new representative appear on the ‘My representatives’ page

To make any other changes or change your contact persons, please fill in the information change request form.
