In your MyEdenred.be merchant area, you can easily check the information relating to your company that has been recorded by our departments.
Your company's structure has several levels:
- Your company’s head office & contact details of the main contact person; this is the person who receives the login credentials for the MyEdenred.be merchant area and who manages the company's structure and its representatives.
- The refund site & contact details of the contact person for the financial aspect; this is the person who receives the refund reports every week.
- The point of sale & contact details of the contact person on site; this is the person who receives the service messages. Each point of sale can have several payment terminals, which you can view on the ‘My terminals’ page.
To edit the contact information displayed, please fill in the information change request form.

Your company may have several representatives with access to yourMyEdenred.be merchant area who can view all the information displayed there.
