Due to the unprecedented context and on the initiative of the National Labour Council, supported by Edenred and all voucher issuers, the federal government has decided to temporarily authorise the extension of expiry dates of prepaid vouchers, depending on the product.
NEW: Following the Royal Decree of November 22, beneficiaries of meal vouchers, eco-cheques and consumer vouchers now have the possibility to reactivate their expired vouchers within three months, and this for an additional three months.
This is therefore an exceptional circumstance in which you can accept some outdated vouchers, depending on their expiry date. Please see below for all the necessary details.

The vouchers concerned are automatically extended on the Edenred card.
You do not have to do anything! -
The cheques concerned by the Royal Decrees were automatically extended on your clients’ Edenred card. You don’t have to do anything!
For paper cheques, the last cheques still in circulation to benefit from the extended validity until 31/12/2023 are those whose initial validity date runs from 30/4/2021 to 31/12/2021. (see table)
Don't forget to return these cheques within three months, i.e. before 31/03/2024, by following the remittance procedure.
