Connect a terminal in store

  • Updated

When you join the Edenred acceptance network, your terminal is automatically activated.

At the same time, here is the procedure you must follow to be able to accept payment with the Edenred card. Different scenarios are possible.

Is your terminal connected to the cash register?

When your terminal is connected to the cash register, the amount to be debited is automatically displayed on the terminal, you do not have to enter it manually.

If this is the case, please contact your cash register supplier to check that the payment method involving the Edenred card has been added to your cash register system.

Product codes to be added:

  • Edenred Meal: 200001#
  • Edenred Eco: 200002#
  • Edenred Gift: 200003#
  • Edenred Sport & Culture: 200004#
  • Edenred Consumption: 200007#

If necessary, send him or her this technical document, details on page 5.

  • Do you accept several Edenred card solutions?

For example, do you accept Edenred Meal and Edenred Eco? Or Edenred Sport & Culture and Edenred Gift?

If you accept more than one Edenred card solution, you must activate the multi-product function on your terminal. Please contact your terminal provider to verify that the multi-product function has been enabled.

N.B.: this function is valid for Atos Worldline, Loyaltek or Keyware terminals. If your terminal does not have this function, and your provider cannot offer you a multi-product compatible one, please inform us by sending a request in the "My Terminal" section.

  • Is Keyware your terminal provider?

If your device is provided by Keyware, please contact them directly with your unique Point of Sales number (UID). If Keyware is unable to activate your terminal and/or provide a compatible terminal, please notify us by sending a request in the "My Terminal" section.

  • Is Atos Worldline your terminal provider?

If you have an Atos Worldline terminal, Edenred has already asked your provider to activate your payment terminal. At the same time, to speed up this process, you can contact your terminal provider yourself with your unique Point of Sales number (UID).

Check the settings procedures here after your terminal has been activated by your provider.
  • Are you working with another terminal provider?

Whatever brand of payment terminal you use, Edenred has asked your terminal provider to activate your payment terminal. At the same time, to speed up this process, you can contact your terminal provider yourself with your unique Point of Sales number (UID).

Edenred is not able to provide detailed information about setting parameters. Contact your terminal provider directly.
