How do I indicate on my terminal or my cash register that my customer wants to pay with purchasing power premium?

Edenred has developed a solution that enables all eligible retailers partner of the network to be able to accept the purchasing power premium as Edenred Consumption at their point of sale en/or online in accordance with the legislation.

Depending on your terminal and/or cash register system, there are several scenarios:

With a terminal connected to the cash register
  • If Edenred Consumption product code has been added to your cash register system (200007#), the option should appear on the payment methods screen.
  • If Edenred Consumption product code has not been added to your cash register system, you don’t have the technical capability to specify your customer's choice and the automatic selection procedure will follow the rule of use for the solution that expires first, irrespective of your customer’s choice.
With an Atos Worldline stand-alone terminal
  • If Edenred Consumption product code has been added to your terminal system, the option should appear at the time of payment.
  • If Edenred Consumption product code has not yet been added to your terminal system, click here to configure this new option. If necessary, contact your terminal supplier with your unique point of sale identifier (UID). If you don’t have the technical capability to specify your customer's choice, the automatic selection procedure will follow the rule of use for the solution that expire first, irrespective of your customer’s choice.
With another supplier’s stand-alone terminal
  • If  Edenred Consumption product code has not been added to your terminal system, you don’t have the technical capability to specify your customer's choice and the automatic selection procedure will follow the rule of use for the solution that expire first, irrespective of your customer’s choice.
